At W-Birds, our journey began with a simple realization: the challenge of finding meaningful work and the right talent is a universal struggle. Our founding team is a group of individuals from different work experiences and international locations. We have a simple narrative - that we want to build global job community.

Through countless conversations with people across the globe, we uncovered a recurring theme: the frustration with traditional job search websites. Traditional job  platforms often fell short in effectively matching job seekers with suitable opportunities. Simultaneously, our direct interactions with businesses and companies revealed a mirrored challenge - their struggle to find suitable candidates with transparency at front.

W-Birds is a platform designed not just as a job board but as an opportunity to build a global community. Our innovative approach leverages A.I. technology and geo-location to streamline the connection process, ensuring that businesses find the ideal candidates, and JobSeekers find opportunities that resonate with their skills and aspirations.

In creating W-Birds, we aimed to solve the disconnect in the job market.
